Union Home Minister Amit Shah lashed out at the INDIA coalition, accusing them of corruption and criticizing their name change from UPA. At a rally in Bihar, Shah predicted a decisive victory for the BJP in the upcoming elections. He blamed the opposition parties for the deteriorating law-and-order situation in Bihar and warned that the Mahagathbandhan alliance would worsen it. Shah expressed concern about incidents of violence, kidnapping, and attacks on journalists and Dalits, blaming the alliance for leading Bihar towards lawlessness. He argued that the alliance between Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad Yadav was unsustainable and accused them of opposing the construction of the Ram temple. Shah also called out Lalu Prasad Yadav for corruption during his tenure as Railway Minister. The BJP has been making preparations for the elections in Bihar and has attempted to reach out to the Yadav community, a stronghold of the Rashtriya Janata Dal. Source: The Indian Express
