Senior BJP leader, Devender Singh Rana, has praised Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his government’s efforts in uplifting the poor and marginalized sections of society. During the BJP’s Jan Abhiyan outreach program, Rana highlighted several schemes aimed at helping the poor. He mentioned Ujjwala Yojna, which has provided free LPG connections to families living below the poverty line, and the Pradhan Mantri Street Vendor’s Atmanirbhar Nidhi scheme that has helped street vendors resume their livelihoods amidst the pandemic. Rana also highlighted the success of the PM Jan Arogya Yojna and the Ayushman Bharat Health Insurance Scheme, which have reached 50 crore people in need of health services.
Rana also referred to the flagship social security schemes, such as Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, and Atal Pension Yojana, which have benefited deserving segments of society. These schemes offer financial services to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, reducing their financial vulnerability.

Rana visited Jahangirabad, Debai, and Anoopshahr as a part of Sampark Se Samarthan Programme. The trip included a Beneficiaries Conference and a visit to the Pardada Pardadi School. Rana has acknowledged the efforts of the Modi government and its guiding philosophy to reach out to the last person in society.
