Director Leslie Small Signs Two-Picture Deal, Range Media Partners Launches Music Publishing Division, Casey Robison to Head
Range Media Partners has announced the signing of director Leslie Small for a two-picture deal. Small, known for his work on films like Kevin Hart: Laugh at My Pain and Katt Williams: Pimp Chronicles, will collaborate with Range Media Partners to create two new projects.
In addition to the signing of Small, Range Media Partners has also launched a music publishing division. The division will be headed by industry veteran Casey Robison, who joins the company after his successful stint at Hipgnosis Songs Group. Robison brings a wealth of experience in the music industry, having worked with artists like Normani, Dan Wilson, Teddy Geiger, and Imad Royal.
The decision to establish a music publishing division comes as Range Media Partners aims to expand its reach in the music industry. This move follows the recent appointments of William Lowery and Shawn McSpadden to help grow Range Music, the label branch of the company, based in Nashville.

The division established its own label in partnership with Capitol Music Group and Virgin Music & Artist Label Services, resulting in nine number one hits and seven Grammy nominations. Artists such as Justin Tranter, Cordae, Lauv, and Pentatonix have found success under the Range Music label.
The addition of Casey Robison and the establishment of the music publishing division further solidify Range Media Partners’ commitment to nurturing talent and expanding its presence in the entertainment industry.
