AIC T-Hub Announces Successful Startups in First Semiconductor Cohort

T-Hub, an innovation hub and ecosystem enabler backed by the Telangana government, has announced the success of its first cohort of semiconductor startups. The programme, launched under the Atal Innovation Mission, has incubated 10 startups, which have raised a total of INR60m ($815,000) through grants and angel investment, with the potential for a further INR30m from ongoing discussions. The programme has provided these companies with technological and financial support to design and fabricate integrated circuits for 5G and satellite communications, energy harvesting and battery management systems. T-Hub plans to establish a semiconductor innovation lab to foster future startup growth.
