Paula Marlett vented her frustrations on Facebook, telling Pinto to rot in hell.

Pinto, a mother of children, including a 15-year-old autistic boy, justified her actions, saying that she had done nothing wrong and would continue living her life.
The suspended officer, Officer Francesco Marlett, has faced previous legal issues in 2016 when he was indicted on child abuse and assault charges. However, those charges were later dropped, and his record was expunged. In May of this year, Marlett was also suspended for a month due to domestic violence charges.
