Meghan Markle’s Future Plans: No Return to UK Due to ‘Curtseying’ Issue

Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, is unlikely to return to the UK to avoid the perceived pressure of curtseying to Kate Middleton, according to a royal biographer. Andrew Morton, renowned for his work with Princess Diana, dismissed the idea of a possible move back to the UK for Meghan and Prince Harry during an interview on Sky News. Morton suggested that the couple has built their own lives in California, with their own set of values, influence, and businesses.

While Andrew Morton is skeptical about Meghan’s return, there are other sources that claim the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are hoping for a year of reconciliation with the Royal Family in 2023. This development comes ahead of Prince Harry’s visit to the UK to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the late Queen’s death. It remains uncertain whether he will meet with his father, King Charles, or his brother and future heir, Prince William, to honor their grandmother and mother.

Prince Harry is scheduled to attend an event for WellChild, a charity for seriously ill children, on September 7 in London. Following this, he is expected to travel to Dusseldorf, Germany, for the commencement of his Invictus Games two days later. Meghan, on the other hand, is anticipated to fly directly from the US to Germany and may join Harry around September 10.

While the debate over Meghan Markle’s return to the UK continues, it remains clear that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are focusing on their personal and professional lives in California. The conversation about curtseying to Kate Middleton echoes the ongoing discussions surrounding the dynamics within the Royal Family and their long-term relationships. As Prince Harry prepares for his visit, all eyes will be on whether this will be an opportunity for reconciliation or further distance between the Sussexes and the rest of the monarchy.
