CDLU Signs MOU with Haryana Census Operations for Data Research Workstation at University

Chaudhary Devi Lal University (CDLU) in Sirsa, India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Directorate of Census Operation in Haryana to establish the first-ever census data research workstation in the state. CDLU’s Vice Chancellor, Professor Ajmer Singh Malik, hailed the move as a milestone in the field of education and research in Haryana. The workstation is being established under the guidelines of the Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India, and will provide researchers and analysts with census-related data. Greater access to detailed data will deliver higher quality research and analysis for universities and higher education institutions, enhancing academic world research work.
