62-Year-Old Man Dies After Altercation with Atlanta Police, Sparking Outrage and Independent Investigation

Anitra argued that her father had chronic asthma from childhood, a condition well-known to many. He can’t breathe when he says he can’t breathe, and you all have to take care of him, she stressed.
