Three people have been arrested after a dispute between staff members of a bar in Mangolpuri, Delhi and on-duty Delhi Police head constables over alleged illegal activities. The incident, which occurred on June 2, began after one of the constables received information that illicit liquor was being served and obscene dance performances were taking place at the ‘Yaaron Da Adda’ bar near Haryana Maitri Bhawan. When the constables tried to record video footage of the bar, staff members attempted to take the mobile phone from them, leading to a quarrel. The owner of the bar, a resident of Rani Bagh, and two waiters have been arrested, and legal action has also been recommended against the establishment for violating the terms and conditions of their licence.
