Authorities in Telangana’s Rangareddy have arrested 20 people for running a hookah centre late into the night. The establishment in the Mailardevpally area was raided by a police team which found the outlet operating outside of restricted hours. The centre had a licence, but officials discovered it was still open into the early hours of the morning. The case is currently under investigation. The incident follows the recent story of a woman in Mumbai who suffered permanent skin burns from an expensive facial treatment, leading to a salon owner being booked for negligence.
