Meghalaya signs MoU with NIOS to tackle high dropout rate. The collaboration aims to enroll out-of-school children back into educational institutions.

Congratulations to the students of Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBoSE) for their successful performance in the Class 10 and Higher Secondary Leaving Certificate (HSLC) exams. Samridhya Das from Sherwood School, Tura, secured the first rank with an impressive 572 out of 600 marks. While the pass percentage decreased this year, the Chief Minister of the state, Mr. Conrad K Sangma, wished the students well for their higher education. MBoSE works towards providing quality education for the students in the state and is affiliated with the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).
