Jaishankar meets student returning from Ukraine, confirms regular communication with Embassy

Indian students returning from Ukraine could benefit from taking exams in India due to ongoing difficulties in Ukraine, according to India's External Affairs Minister. Thousands of Indian medical students were evacuated from Ukraine earlier this year following Russia's invasion. The situation led Ukraine's Foreign Ministry to allow foreign medical students to take exams in their home countries. During his visit, Jaishankar also met with victims of the 1984 riots, addressing their issues with high electricity bills.
