An admission crisis has emerged in Tuensang town, India, as a student body has suspended the Class 11 admissions in two government higher secondary schools. The Chang Wedoshi Setshang has cited issues concerning admission for qualified students, with 780 candidates qualifying and only 370 intake capacity. This has pointed towards a lack of classrooms and teachers, along with a need to set up more GHSS in Tuensang and enhance teaching staff. The CWS did construct one classroom at GHSS Thangjam accommodating 100, with GHSS Tuensang accommodating the remaining 80.
