Additionally, the Sugars are launching a new boutique investment bank, Avid Capital Advisors, to assist consumer brands and software developers with business sales. The firm's first fund invested heavily in software and consumer brands, but the second fund will focus more on software to create a strategic feedback loop between the two. Avid Capital Advisors will work with companies inside and outside the portfolio.
