Eyewitnesses Recall Traumatic Scene After 11-Year-Old Hit by Police Vehicle

On May 25th, a police van struck an 11-year-old boy on Owen Road in Lancaster. The child is now in critical condition and the IOPC is conducting an investigation. Witnesses have reported a severe accident and tragic circumstances. Lancashire Police are asking for any witnesses and video evidence to come forward, as an understanding of the event is necessary. Prayers are with the child and his loved ones.
