Evaluating ABCG2 (BCRP) Inhibitors Originating from Ko143 In Vitro and In Vivo
We evaluated a series of Ko143 analogues to identify ABCG2 inhibitors with improved metabolic stability. Through In Vitro and In Vivo assessment, three compounds emerged as highly potent ABCG2 inhibitors, further increasing the distribution of ABCG2/ABCB1 substrates in the brain. One of the analogues was even more potent than the natural product Ko143.

This article discusses the CHQ-SocioEmo dataset which is the first publicly available resource to identify social and emotional support needs of consumers in health-related questions. The dataset contains annotated basic emotions, social support needs, and external context of questions, which gives insights to support patient outcomes. It was developed by a team of researchers at the University of Toronto.
