Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Was Already Dead in Second Collision
A tragic incident unfolded near Dugald, Manitoba early on Thursday morning, revealing a shocking sequence of events. According to a recent investigation by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), a woman who was fatally hit by a truck had already perished in an earlier hit-and-run incident.
