Rolls Royce Crash Investigation: Luxury Car Rear-Ended Fuel Truck, Expert Advocates Present Different Perspectives
In a latest development, the Rolls Royce crash investigation has pointed to key evidence suggesting that a luxury car rear-ended a fuel truck, leading to the tragic incident. The police formed a special investigation team (SIT) to look into the case, and new evidence seems to support the theory that the Rolls Royce rammed into an oil tanker while speeding.
The accident involved three individuals, with one of them identified as Vikas Malu, who sustained serious injuries. Malu’s advocate, Rajesh Kumar Thakur, confirmed that he will join the investigation once discharged from the hospital, where he is expected to stay for about a week.
While Malu’s advocate places blame on the truck driver, alleging an illegal U-turn as the cause of the collision, it remains unclear who was driving the Rolls Royce at the time of the incident. Thakur clarified that Malu was a passenger in the car, and it was his driver who was behind the wheel on that fateful day. The trio was on their way to Jaipur when the crash occurred on August 22.
Refuting claims of overspeeding, Malu’s advocate stated that the luxury car was within the prescribed limit of 100-120 km/hour. Moreover, he revealed that Malu had taken the car for a test drive before considering a purchase. The driver was known for his expertise in handling luxury cars, and Malu was merely observing the car’s performance.
It is worth noting that Vikas Malu, the director of Kuber Group, had recently made headlines when his second wife, Saanvi Malu, accused him of being involved in the alleged murder of actor Satish Kaushik. Saanvi had written to the Delhi Police Commissioner, claiming that Kaushik died at Malu’s farmhouse after feeling unconscious on his way to the hospital on March 9.
While the investigation into the Rolls Royce crash continues, with both the truck driver and a prominent businessman caught in its midst, it is crucial to await further updates and official statements to ascertain the details surrounding this tragic incident.
