Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan Celebrate First Onam with Twin Sons in Traditional Style
Chennai: Nayanthara, a veteran South Indian actress, and her husband, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan, marked their first Onam with their twin sons Uyir and Ulagam. The couple welcomed their twin boys through surrogacy in October 2022.
In a heartwarming Instagram post, Vignesh shared photos of their Onam celebration, expressing his joy and blessings. The couple, dressed in elegant white attire, embraced the beauty of tradition. The adorable twin boys were dressed in small dhotis adorned with gold necklaces, adding a touch of cuteness to the festivities.
Nayanthara opted for a classic Kasavu salwar kameez, woven from traditional Kerala handloom cloth, while Vignesh chose a Kasavu white shirt and dhoti. The couple’s Instagram post featured the twin sons seated in front of a delightful Onam sadya, prepared and served on banana leaf plates, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of Kerala.
Vignesh also shared two affectionate photos of himself with Nayanthara, capturing their deep love and beautiful married life. In his heartfelt caption, he expressed gratitude for the simple yet significant moments they share together.
