Minor Hotels to Expand its Presence in Paris with Three Luxury Properties
Minor Hotels, an international hotel owner, operator, and investor, is set to make its mark in the heart of Paris with the addition of three luxury properties. The group, known for its portfolio of over 540 hotels across 56 countries, has been chosen by Swiss Life Asset Managers France to manage these prestigious hotels.
As part of its strategic growth plans, Minor Hotels will launch three NH Hotels in the first quarter of 2024. One of these properties will undergo renovation and rebranding as NH Collection in 2025. The move signifies the group’s commitment to expanding into key cities in Europe, with Paris being a prime location.
The three hotels, namely NH Paris Gare de l’Est, NH Opéra Paris Faubourg, and NH Paris Champs-Elysées, will offer a total of 400 guest rooms with the finest amenities. Situated in renowned areas for shopping, dining, and sightseeing, these hotels are conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Louvre, the national opera, and the iconic Champs-Elysées.
In addition to luxurious accommodations, the hotels will feature delectable dining options, including restaurants and bars where guests can savor the local gastronomy. The hotels are currently set to undergo refurbishment, ensuring a comfortable and modern experience for visitors.
Minor Hotels’ expansion into Paris bolsters its existing portfolio of six properties in France, located in Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, and Nice. The group’s move into the city aligns with its commitment to offering guests exceptional hospitality experiences in prime locations around the world.

These include the debut of NH Collection Milano CityLife in Italy, NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower in Germany, NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort, and NH Collection Dubai The Palm in the United Arab Emirates, marking the brand’s entry into the Middle East. NH Hotels has also expanded its offerings in Italy, Portugal, and Thailand, reflecting its global growth and development strategy.

These include the NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa in Finland, NH Collection Chiang Mai in Thailand, and NH Collection Luang Prabang in Laos.
