Hindustan Chamber of Commerce to Host ASIATEX 2023 Textile Trade Fair in Mumbai

Hindustan Chamber of Commerce (HCC) has announced that it will be hosting the ASIATEX 2023 Textile Trade Fair in Mumbai. The fair, which will be held from 31st August to 2nd September 2023 at the JIO World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai, will mark the 5th edition of this B2B event.

With the Chamber’s completion of 125 years, the fair will feature approximately 125 stalls, symbolizing this significant milestone. The stalls will vary in sizes ranging from 904 sq. ft. to 97 sq. ft. and will showcase a wide range of textiles from Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Surat, Ichalkaranji, Bhilwara, Ahmedabad, and other major textile hubs.

Manufacturers and exporters participating in the fair will display various textile products, including yarns, fabrics, made-ups, technical textiles, uniform fabrics, home textiles, furnishing fabrics, knits, and garments. The event aims to facilitate business-to-business interactions in the textile industry.

The organizers are expecting over 15,000 visitors to attend the fair over the three days. Spanning across 60,000 square feet at JIO World Convention Centre, the fair will designate 25,000 square feet specifically for stalls, while the remaining space will accommodate a stage, VIP lounge, meeting center, conference room, cafeteria, and more.

The ASIATEX-2023 Organizing Committee’s Convener is Sushil R. Gadia, and the Public Relations Committee’s Convener is Uttam V. Jain. Leading the Hindustan Chamber of Commerce are President Shikharchand Jain, Vice President Sajjan Kumar Dokania, Hon. Secretaries Anurag Poddar, Vinod J.
