Hiker, 72, Safely Rescued After Fall on California Trail
A daring rescue mission saved a 72-year-old hiker who had slipped 50 feet off a trail in California, landing in steep and unstable terrain. Fire officials were alerted to the incident at 5:21 p.m. on October 16th at Griffith Park, Los Angeles.
The hiker, who had been exploring the Bird Sanctuary Loop Trail, unfortunately lost her footing and tumbled off the trail, leaving her stranded in a precarious position.
